Section 1: Eligibility 

 

All artists, whether residing in the United States or internationally, are welcome to join SanaaEcho as contracted Artists. By entering into a contractual agreement, they become integral members of our dynamic and diverse community of creative professionals. The contract outlines the terms of engagement, rights, and responsibilities of both SanaaEcho and the Artist, ensuring a clear and professional working relationship.

 

Section 2: Artwork Submission 

Artists shall submit digital representations of their original artwork for consideration. All submissions must adhere to SanaaEcho’s content guidelines, which promote a respectful and inspirational online environment.

 

Section 3: Merchandise Production 

SanaaEcho assumes full responsibility for the merchandise production process, using high-quality base products and ensuring accurate representation of the original artwork through meticulous printing and quality assurance protocols.

 

Section 4: Revenue Sharing 

Artists are entitled to a base net profit share of 30% from the sale of merchandise featuring their artwork. This percentage may increase proportionally with the sales volume, enhancing the artist’s earnings potential. The profit-sharing model is structured as follows:

 

Base Profit Share: 30% of net profits.

Increased Profit Share: An escalated percentage will be applied based on the artist’s sales performance, detailed in the Supplementary Profit-Sharing Schedule.

 

Section 5: Shipping and Fulfillment 

SanaaEcho manages all shipping and fulfillment operations, offering competitive international shipping rates. We ensure transparency regarding any additional fees, keeping artists informed of all financial aspects related to merchandise distribution.

 

Section 6: Payment Schedule and Methods

Payments to Artists will be disbursed monthly via secure and convenient channels such as PayPal or bank transfer. Artists will be notified of any currency exchange fees or transaction costs, which will be itemized and deducted from the payment for clarity and transparency.

 

Section 7: Social Media Promotion 

SanaaEcho commits to actively promoting the artwork and personal profiles of our Artists on various social media platforms. Our marketing team is dedicated to enhancing each artist’s visibility, engaging with broader audiences, and showcasing their unique skills through strategic campaigns and spotlight features. This promotional effort is aimed at boosting the artist’s online presence and sales, at no additional cost to the artist. Artists are encouraged to promote their artwork on the SanaaEcho platform to increase their sales. Higher sales activity will positively influence the artists’ monthly revenue share, providing a direct incentive for self-promotion and marketing efforts.
