Welcome to SanaaEcho, a platform committed to empowering vendors by providing a marketplace to showcase and sell their products to a diverse audience. This Vendor Store Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to vendors operating on our platform. By participating as a vendor on SanaaEcho, you (“Vendor”) agree to comply with the following policies.

 Subscription and Fees

 Monthly Subscription Fee: Vendors are required to pay a monthly subscription fee of $12. This fee affords access to our platform, customer base, and a suite of tools designed to facilitate sales.

 Commission on Sales: 

 SanaaEcho will levy a commission of 5% on each sale made through the platform. This commission is derived from the final sale price of the item, exclusive of any taxes or shipping charges.

 Vendor Responsibilities

 Shipping: Vendors bear the sole responsibility for shipping their products to customers. While SanaaEcho provides the sales transaction platform, it does not engage in shipping logistics. Vendors must employ reliable shipping methods to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Product Listings: Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, clear images, and fair pricing. Misrepresentation may result in product delisting and potential suspension from SanaaEcho.

Customer Service: Vendors are expected to uphold exemplary customer service standards, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their purchases.

 Platform Use

 Integrity and Conduct: Vendors are obligated to use the SanaaEcho platform professionally, abstaining from illegal activities, respecting intellectual property rights, and adhering to community guidelines.

Account Security: Vendors must safeguard their account security. Immediate notification to SanaaEcho is required for any unauthorized account activity.

 Termination

 Vendor Account Termination: SanaaEcho reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for policy violations, illegal conduct, or detrimental actions to the SanaaEcho community. Vendors may terminate their accounts voluntarily, subject to the terms of the subscription agreement.

 Changes to Policy

 Policy Amendments: SanaaEcho may amend this policy at its discretion. Vendors will be notified of changes via the email linked to their account. Continued platform use after policy modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.

 Legal Compliance and Liability

 Compliance with Laws: Vendors are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing online commerce, including tax obligations and consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability: SanaaEcho shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the vendor’s use of the platform or services.

 Dispute Resolution

 Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by the laws of the state in which SanaaEcho is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
